Dr. (Mrs.) Christie Folake Ogundipe is an indigene of Ilesa in Osun State. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Ado Ekiti, now Ekiti State University in 2004. She holds a Master of Science degree in Management and Human Resource Management from the Nottingham Trent University, United Kingdom in 2011 and Ph.D. degree in Business Administration in 2016 from Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti. She assumed duty in the Department as Assistant Lecturer on the 25^th of July, 2012. She is currently a Senior Lecturer in the Department. 

She has published many articles both in local and international journals. She is a member of Nigerian Institute of Management. She was appointed the Acting Head of Department on the 1^st of August, 2023.
